Tradition and innovation since 1979
GABAG was founded in 1979 out of Gassmann Baupartner AG, which was known for demanding sealing, insulation and building protection work for residential and industrial buildings, hospitals, bridges, tunnels and nuclear power plants.
With construction experience and knowledge of the problems associated with the installation of bathtubs and shower trays, GABAG specialized in this area of sanitary technology - and performed pioneering work from the start.
The GABAG tub supports were the first of their kind and set completely new standards in terms of sound insulation and ease of assembly. Today's GABAG tub supports are also exemplary and meet the increased noise protection requirements according to SIA standard 181 on the raw concrete floor.
The spirit of innovation and quality awareness have also remained. Again and again, GABAG causes a stir with innovations. The high-quality products, thought out down to the last detail, are widely valued and some of them are exported overseas.
Although GABAG has long enjoyed an international reputation, the company has remained Swiss through and through. As in the early days, every product is still manufactured in Küssnacht am Rigi. Therefore, excellent quality, high flexibility and short delivery times are guaranteed.
